When do I pay?
£50 deposit at time of booking/or attendance, then any outstanding amounts when the contacts are delivered.

When will I see my photographs?
Within days of the photo session I will send you the contacts of passport size photographs for you to choose the best. Don’t forget these are low resolution samples and will not reflect the finished article.

Give me a call with the print number, the size of the print you require plus any cropping you would like – and I do the rest.

I aim to get the finished prints back to you within one week of your order. You can have them framed or unframed.

What happens if I don’t like the contacts?
Despite our best efforts the prints may not be exactly what you had in mind – if so you can come back for a second sitting at no additional cost.

How do I look after my prints?
We only use top quality ink and paper to produce your prints, but as with most prints, paintings or fabrics it is not recommended to expose to constant direct sunshine. If they fade within 12 months we will please to replace them.

Copies on a CD
The images on a CD disc will be of the same quality as those printed and charged accordingly.

Rush jobs?
We will do our best to accommodate urgent and rush jobs dependent upon workload.

Just my luck – a spot!
No worries my little diva, I can carry out a bit of cosmetic surgery on the prints before they’re finished – you will look years younger without the pain or cost of surgery!
